Common questions

I didn't get my password reset email.

Check your spam folder. If you signed up with Sign in with Google or Sign in with Apple, you don't have a password — sign in with that provider instead. Otherwise, email us.

How do I delete my account?

Open Verso, go to your profile, then "Delete account". This permanently deletes your account and content within 30 days.

How do I export my data?

Email luis@gradiente.dev with the email address on your account and we will send you a copy.

Subscription / billing.

Subscriptions are managed through the Apple App Store. Open Settings on your iPhone → tap your name → Subscriptions → Verso to change or cancel.
